various fixes, added 'upset guard'

after you raise your karma up a bit, you will find a traumatized city guard who needs to vent to someone for a little while. :(

guard can be befriended, and shows up in the city near the player home

++also changed the title screen which was a cruddy image edit, to something less gross looking
