fight coupon drops out of the GET-A-JOB flyer the first time players on normal and casual difficulty look at it

UPDATED: FIGHT  TRAINER

fight trainer [located in the shipping district / logistics] now accepts fight coupons before allowing you to pay for training.

UPDATED: RATION DONATION GUY

properly implemented large food donation, 

donating 60 rations now pays 90$$

plus reward more give some karma+ community score for both large and small food donation

[also we track food donation now]

karma bonus: added new citizen to the housing district square who mentions the fight trainer if you have karma

GAMEPLAY CHANGES:

made a change to the "siege" gameplay [this kicks in after playing for a couple weeks], should see more robust play!
