small changes, new menu

hi hi  we got a BRAND NEW MENU (yay) and   a   couple of  behind the scenes updates coming in on this patch  having to do with npc timetables! and  also there are a few new npcs in town to go along with. 

next update will have 32  new npc sprites coming to town! (double yay)

remember if you  need some tips in the game, try to generate some good karma and  you'll be surprised how many more helpful NPCs there are in town with advice about city life!
